QuoteForge for Contractors is a finished, ready-to-commercialize Windows desktop application for small contractors, tradespeople and independent professionals. It provides a complete workflow from customer and quote management through quote approval, invoicing, payment registration and reporting. Key features include: Customer and reusable item/service management Professional quotes with quantities, units, discounts, VAT/tax and terms Quote statuses and one-click conversion of accepted quotes to invoices Invoice management with multiple payment records and automatic overdue status Professional multi-page PDF quotes and invoices Dashboard and period based reporting Search and filtering Backup, restore and CSV data export English and Dutch interface and documents Fully local/offline operation with SQLite This is not a prototype or unfinished MVP. The application has completed development and acceptance testing and is supplied as a working Windows product with its source code, installer and technical handover documentation. The final release has 273 automated tests, a verified clean release build, tested database migrations and a verified Windows installer. The codebase uses C#, .NET 10, WPF, SQLite and Entity Framework Core and has been structured for straightforward ownership transfer and rebranding.
