myUniAlly is a study platform built for Nigerian university students, centered around a past-questions engine with KaTeX rendering for math/science content. Students can scan physical past questions using AI (Gemini vision) to auto-extract and digitize them, with a 6-image-per-scan cap and daily quota system. The platform includes a Question of the Day (QOTD) feature with streak tracking and push notifications (Firebase FCM), a Contributors Board that rewards students who upload past questions, and school-specific waitlists with leaderboards to drive organic growth as new schools onboard. Access is role-based (Spatie), and the app is installable as a WebAPK for a native-like mobile experience. Built on Laravel + Vue 3 + Inertia.js. The platform already has content marketing infrastructure in place, a 60-day/127-post social calendar was produced for its Facebook Page, and early outreach into schools (e.g. Andorya Foundation College of Health) has begun. A "Quiz Me" (notes-to-questions) feature was scoped as a strong architectural fit for a next iteration.
