CivicWatch is a full-stack infrastructure monitoring and maintenance platform designed for municipalities, rural local governments, and public-works departments. It provides a centralized system to track public infrastructure such as roads, wells, schools, and other community assets; receive and manage resident complaints; prioritize issues; schedule maintenance; track repair costs and budgets; and maintain an auditable history of operational activity. The application is designed to be deployed using free-tier infrastructure such as Vercel and Neon, with no paid third-party service required for its core functionality. This is a ready-to-deploy software product/codebase that can be customized and branded for a municipality, public-works organization, civic-tech company, or SaaS operator.
