LoveQR - Simply You - Showcase Project

LoveQR – Simply You AR is an independent social augmented reality platform designed to connect digital profiles with the real world. Users can create shareable LoveQR profiles and connect with others through QR codes. The platform combines social profiles, geolocation and augmented reality to help users discover people, places, activities and social content around them. A key part of LoveQR is voluntary social presence. Users can choose when they want to make themselves socially visible at a location, share their mood and social intent, and discover other people who are open to interaction nearby. LoveQR is designed as an alternative to traditional social networks centered around algorithmic feeds and endless scrolling. Instead, the experience focuses on local discovery, physical places and intentional social interaction. The platform also includes private messaging, audio messages, personalized social spaces, progressive photo sharing and lightweight social mini-games. LoveQR is available as a Progressive Web App, so users can access it directly from a modern mobile browser without requiring a traditional app-store installation. The product currently offers a free experience without an account, a free registered account, and Premium features. A B2B model is also being developed for professional venues, including professional pages, claimed locations, enhanced venue information and promotion of events hosted at those locations. LoveQR is currently an independent bootstrapped project in its early commercial stage, with the focus on product development, user adoption and local social discovery.
