About Appio AI - AI Mobile App Builder
Live App Store AI builder: describe an app, it builds and opens on your phone
Appio AI turns a plain-language description into a real, working React Native app that opens on the user's iPhone in minutes through free Expo Go. Not a mockup, not a wireframe - a running app with working screens and data that survives a restart. Say "move the button lower" and the AI fixes it. Live on the App Store today. Apple has reviewed and approved it four times, including the in-app purchase flow - the part most AI-builder projects never get through. App Review rejected it four times before it passed. That hard-won path is a real part of what you are buying.App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/appio-ai-builds-your-app/id6805993604 WHY IT IS UNUSUAL IN THIS CATEGORYIt builds on the phone. Replit's own iOS app refuses to build native mobile apps and sends you to the desktop site. Of 33 comparable App Store apps in Developer Tools, only one other builds mobile apps on device - and it is English-only. Appio speaks English and Russian, and Russian is a market no funded competitor serves. WHAT IT DOES- Plain-language app generation: describe the idea, get a working app in minutes- Conversational editing and one-phrase undo, with no tokens charged for the undo- Screenshot input: "make it look like this"- Project memory: every edit continues from the previous one- Ready-made starting points: events, shop, diary and more- QR hand-off: the built app opens instantly in free Expo Go- Built apps persist data; lists and notes survive a restart- English and Russian, with 20 more localisation files ready THE BUSINESS LAYER (THE EXPENSIVE HALF, ALREADY FINISHED)- Token economy instead of subscriptions; tokens never expire- Apple In-App Purchase with server-side cryptographic receipt verification: full certificate chain, root fingerprint pinned, sandbox receipts rejected, replay-protected, fail-closed- Token holds and releases around every paid job, so a dropped connection never gives work away free- Per-user, per-day and global spend ceilings, configurable at runtime- Minimum-balance gate so a build never starts and dies halfway- Admin panel: ledger, entity management, ID search, system settings, and a kill switch that stops all paid work with one button- RevenueCat forwarding for purchase analytics, without touching the payment path- Model router that picks the right model per job to control cost per build TECH STACKMobile: React Native + Expo (SDK 54), expo-router, TypeScript, TanStack QueryServer: Node.js, Express, TypeScript, Drizzle ORM, SQLite, Zod, pinoAI: Anthropic Claude - Claude Agent SDK + Anthropic SDKBuild: Expo / snack-sdk preview pipeline, QR hand-off to Expo GoRepo: pnpm monorepo, 82,000 lines of first-party TypeScript, 361 passing tests, clean typecheck, 326 commitsInfra: Railway (EU West), persistent volume, health endpoint, automated backups. Live: https://appio-server-production.up.railway.app/api/health CURRENT STATUS - STATED PLAINLYLive on the App Store. v1.3 shipped 16 September 2026 — the fourth version Apple has approved, and the third in eleven days. Production server running. Payments work end to end and one real paid purchase has been processed ($9.99). Otherwise this is PRE-REVENUE: no marketing has ever been done and there is no user base. No growth numbers, and I am not going to invent any. You are buying a finished, Apple-approved product and the months of work behind it - not traffic or revenue. WHAT THE BUYER GETS- Full source code: mobile app and API server, private repo transferred- The Appio name and branding- App Store assets: icon, screenshots (6.5" and 6.9"), store copy in English and Russian- Localisation files for 20 languages- Server deployment configuration and database schema- Privacy policy and terms of use documents- Admin panel and operational tooling- Documentation of the build, release and pricing logic- 30 days of handover support THE APP STORE LISTING IS INCLUDED. The app transfers to you through Apple's own App Transfer process between developer accounts — the official, supported route. You receive the existing listing with its Apple ID, its review history and its four approved versions, so you never have to put an AI code-generation app through App Review yourself. That is the hardest part of building anything like this: it took four rejections to get through. The current account holder has confirmed the transfer and will sign it off. WHERE THE MONEY COULD COME FROM- Token packs via Apple IAP: built, shipped, working today- Subscription tier: the ledger and limits already support it, the UI does not yet- Android / Google Play: same React Native codebase, not yet published- Web version: the server is platform-agnostic- White-label for agencies- "Publish it for you" service - the highest-value missing step, and the one the market is now paying for WHY A STRATEGIC BUYER SHOULD CAREApple approval for an AI code-generation app with in-app purchases is a real moat: App Review rejected this four times before it passed. The payment and metering layer is the expensiv...

Reason for selling
I built this on my own and shipped it, but I do not have the time or the budget to market it. A finished product with no distribution is worth more in the hands of someone who can distribute it than it is sitting with me. Everything technical works; what it has never had is people looking at it.
