I kept hitting Claude Code usage limits and couldn't find a good browser-based alternative, so I built CodeLazr. It's a web-based AI coding agent that edits your real GitHub repos directly from the browser. No install, no cloning, no containers. Pick any OpenRouter model, including the free ones, or bring your own API key. Every change is a diff you review before it commits. The whole point is making cheap and free models actually reliable: auto-retry with a fallback chain of models, a second model that reviews each diff, and detectors for the ways weaker models fail. All 1,400+ test runs are public on the stats page, failures included. Free plan with free models and no card required. Pro is $10/mo, or BYOK to use it free forever.
