Schooler is a live, working EdTech platform built to help Italian students and families navigate one of the most stressful decisions in their education journey: choosing the right school or university path. At its core is an AI assistant ("Cerry 3", built on Google Gemini) that gives personalized guidance grounded in a curated database of 45,000+ Italian schools — not generic chatbot answers, but responses backed by real, structured data. Around it, the platform offers a school comparison tool, a study-path simulator, and a student community (feed, private messaging, moderation tools). The codebase is clean and modern: React + TypeScript + TailwindCSS on the frontend (hosted on Vercel), Supabase for authentication, database and backend logic (Postgres + Edge Functions), and Stripe for payments. It was recently audited and refactored specifically for a smooth handover — no legacy tech debt, and a full README covering architecture, deployment, and how to activate every feature. The product takes GDPR seriously: a parental consent flow for users under 14, full data export and deletion tools, granular consent management, and complete legal pages (Privacy Policy, Terms, Cookie Policy, AI disclosure, Refund policy). Monetization is fully built but currently switched off: a Stripe subscription flow (Checkout + webhook, built as Supabase Edge Functions with fraud-resistant logic) is ready to go live in minutes — just add API keys and flip one flag. What's included in the sale: full source code, the domain (schooleredu.it, with verified sender email/DNS), the 45k+ school dataset, and complete documentation for taking over hosting, database and payments. I'm selling because I don't have the time right now to give this project the attention it deserves — particularly on the distribution side (school partnerships), where I made a start but couldn't follow through. For someone with more bandwidth or existing relationships in the EdTech space, there's real room to grow this: activate payments, push SEO in an underserved niche, develop the B2B school channel, or replicate the model for another country's school system.

This is likely the single highest-leverage opportunity for organic growth in an underserved niche.</li><li data-list="bullet"><strong>Develop the B2B school-partnership channel</strong> — outreach to schools/institutions was started but not carried through; there's an existing quote-request flow ready to receive that traffic.</li><li data-list="bullet"><strong>Paid acquisition</strong> — zero has been spent on ads or growth to date, so customer acquisition cost is entirely untested territory.</li><li data-list="bullet"><strong>Geographic expansion</strong> — the architecture (AI assistant + structured school database + guidance tools) could be replicated for another country's school system.</li></ol><p><br></p>
