Promise's AI suggests Steady and Anchor alternatives tailored to the Peak activity you name, you can edit or replace anything it suggests. POINTS, NOT STREAKS Each check-in earns weighted points based on which tier you chose. Your week is scored against a running total, not an all-or-nothing streak, a few Anchor days during a hard week still add up to real progress. REST, NOT FAILURE A day with no check-in shows as Rested, never a broken streak, never a red mark. Promise is built for people who've quit every other tracker the first time they slipped.
