About Beyond Alarm — the alarm you can't ignore
An alarm that gets you up and keeps you off distracting apps.
Beyond Alarm is a free alarm and phone-control app designed to help you wake up, start your morning, and stay focused. Set alarms with missions such as push-ups, squats, jumping jacks, walking, and other challenges. After waking up, Morning Lockout can block selected distracting apps for a scheduled period, helping prevent the immediate morning doomscroll. Night Lockout helps reduce late-night scrolling, while Phone Blocks and Focus Sessions let you schedule distraction-free periods during the day. You can also create app lists, block groups of apps, and use Hard Lock when you need stronger restrictions. I originally built Beyond Alarm for myself after struggling with phone distractions and have used it personally for around 30 days. The core alarm, missions, Morning Lockout, Night Lockout, and blocking features are available for free.
