About Byte Grid

A turnkey Web3 arcade with three onchain games and escrowed stakes.

Byte Grid is a working mobile-first Web3 arcade built for Robinhood Chain. The platform currently includes three complete two-player games: Battleship, Gomoku, and Rock Paper Scissors. Players create or join paid matches, deposit equal stakes into smart-contract escrow, play through a shared lobby system, and receive automatic onchain settlement. The product includes responsive desktop and mobile interfaces, player profiles, opening roulette, match-scoped session keys for gasless gameplay, timeout and cancellation paths, match history, an indexer and relayer, and an arcade referral system funded exclusively from platform fees. The sale includes the frontend, Solidity contracts, indexer, relayer, deployment scripts, game assets, technical documentation, automated tests, and testnet deployment evidence. Current status: fully functional testnet MVP. It has no represented revenue and has not yet completed an independent security or legal audit. Next step: The buyer can complete independent security and legal reviews, redeploy the contracts under a buyer-controlled multisig, connect a production payment token and launch the arcade on mainnet. The shared lobby, profile, escrow, session-key, settlement and referral infrastructure makes it possible to add new two-player games without rebuilding the platform. Further opportunities include tournaments, seasonal events, wallet and gaming-community partnerships, improved analytics and monitoring, and expansion of the referral program.

The sale includes the complete source repository: React/Vite frontend, Fastify/PostgreSQL indexer and relayer, Solidity smart contracts, Foundry tests, deployment scripts, database migrations, game assets, technical documentation, contract ABIs and testnet deployment evidence. The Byte Grid name, logo and active visual assets can be transferred under the final purchase agreement. No seed phrases, private keys, seller credentials or personal user data are included. The buyer should deploy production contracts and services using buyer-controlled accounts and wallets.

Reason for selling

I completed the core testnet MVP and am looking for a buyer with the marketing, distribution, compliance and ecosystem resources required to take it through an independent audit, mainnet launch and user acquisition.
