Zavier is a B2B SaaS platform that helps small businesses follow up on unpaid invoices through scheduled WhatsApp reminders and payment tracking. Business owners can manage clients and invoices, generate PDF invoices, create payment links, record full or partial payments, and monitor invoice and reminder activity from one dashboard. Reminder sequences run before and after an invoice’s due date and stop when the invoice is settled or cancelled. Zavier also includes email notifications, paid-plan SMS support, configurable reminder messages, subscription billing, CSV and contact imports, and an administration dashboard. It is initially focused on Nigerian businesses and uses a freemium model with paid Growth and Pro plans.
