The platform ships with 28 opt-in add-on packs, each adding the fields, terms and stages one industry actually uses: construction subcontracting, e-commerce fulfilment, vehicle import, freight, agency work and more. A buyer does not have to be a horizontal tool competing with everything. They can launch as "the system for electrical subcontractors" or "the system for vehicle importers", sell into one trade association, and switch on the next pack when the first market is won. No development is needed to change vertical.</p><p>Or go wide geographically. The interface is complete in 13 languages, and company registers, VAT rules and national identity schemes are implemented for 15 countries. Most competitors in this space are single-market and English-only. A buyer can open in Poland, Romania, Greece or Turkey on day one, in markets where the incumbent is a spreadsheet and an e-mail thread.</p><p>Two business models, both already built. Run it as a hosted service and charge per company, with plans, per-feature purchases and payment webhooks already working. Or licence it as self-hosted software to businesses that will not put their pricing and commercial terms on a vendor's server: manufacturing, defence supply chains, legal and regulated industries. The second market pays more per sale, closes slower, and is barely served, because almost nothing in this category can actually be self-hosted. Seam is one process, one file-based database and two dependencies, which is what makes that route real rather than a claim.</p><p>The record itself compounds. Every completed order builds a company's verifiable trading history inside the platform: how fast it delivers, how fast it pays, how often it hits agreed dates. That record is portable and cryptographically signed, and it gives a company a reason to invite its counterparties in rather than just use the tool alone. A buyer who leans into this has a network effect available that a pure workflow tool does not.</p><p><br></p><p>Obvious additions, none of them required to launch: native mobile apps against the existing API; connectors to SAP, Odoo or Microsoft Dynamics for larger buyers; a reseller channel through accountancy firms and industry associations; and a contract with a qualified trust service provider to sell eIDAS-qualified signatures as an upsell, since the CSC API v2 integration for that is already written and tested.</p><p><br></p><p>What a buyer must supply honestly: a domain, an outgoing mail provider, and distribution. There is no audience, no waiting list and no brand recognition to inherit. The engineering is done, tested and documented. The market work starts at zero.</p>
