XenVibe — Digital Products Marketplace - Sell Project

XenVibe is an operating digital-products storefront and a custom marketplace software asset, offered together with its original XenForo styles and add-ons. Asking price: USD 29,000, negotiable. The platform brings together product catalogs, checkout, orders, licensing, downloads, support tickets, version management, administration, analytics, and fingerprint/leak-tracing functionality. The sale includes the domain, brand, marketplace source code, documentation, and the seller-owned original product portfolio and transferable intellectual property. Third-party components remain subject to their licenses. Built for a broader marketplace: seller onboarding, seller dashboards and configurable commissions are implemented, but third-party selling is currently disabled and has not been commercially validated end to end. Current sales are our own products and services. Expansion beyond XenForo is a development opportunity, not an already-proven deployment. This is not a claim of recurring SaaS subscription revenue or production-validated multi-tenancy. Traction: first paid order March 8, 2026. Admin records through September 6, 2026 show $1,752.15 gross revenue from 20 paid orders and 15 unique paying buyers. August revenue was $79. These are recorded sales, not audited payment settlements. Why sell: the founder encountered payment-provider onboarding and business-documentation barriers to launching a commission-based marketplace. PayPal problems left cryptocurrency as the only available payment method for a period, disrupting purchases; prospective customers also requested alternative payment methods. A buyer with suitable payment arrangements could explore this opportunity. Lost sales have not been quantified. Five developers worked on the software for five months; the founder now runs it alone, with no ongoing employees. Reported recurring infrastructure costs are approximately $185 per year ($170 hosting plus $15 domain). Historical development payroll, unpaid founder time, and any unreconciled payment fees/refunds are not included in that recurring-cost figure. Buyer validation is required before opening third-party selling, commissions and payouts. Fingerprint/leak tracing is not a guarantee against piracy. Some scheduled jobs showed errors in the September review, and parts of the portfolio include alpha or unpublished products; the final asset inventory and technical condition will be disclosed during due diligence. A walkthrough, admin screenshots and technical documentation are available to qualified buyers. Transition scope and the final asset schedule will be agreed in the sale contract. The current business remains operational.
