Scan your rota, track your shifts, and know what you should earn.
TAVRYO is a mobile app built for hourly and shift workers who want an easier way to manage their work schedule and understand what they should earn. The main workflow allows users to scan a rota screenshot, identify their employee row, review the detected shifts and import them into TAVRYO instead of entering every shift manually. The app is currently approaching beta and the core Android product is already functional. Current features include: • Rota screenshot scanning using on-device OCR • Automatic shift detection and employee-row selection • Review screen before shifts are imported • Manual shift creation and editing • Overnight and multi-day shifts • Break tracking including custom break lengths • Multiple jobs and hourly rates • Pay rules and estimated earnings • Pay breakdowns • Shift calendar and history • Duplicate detection • Multiple currencies • Smart reminders • Shift history and evidence export • Local-first/offline functionality TAVRYO is designed around a Free + Plus subscription model. Monetization has not yet launched, so the project currently has no revenue. The next phase is beta testing with real shift workers, stress-testing the rota recognition system across real-world schedules, and preparing the product for a wider launch. The sale includes the TAVRYO source code, Android application, brand assets, UI/UX, rota scanning workflow, shift and pay logic, documentation, existing test assets and transferable project assets owned by the seller. I am not under pressure to sell TAVRYO. I am exploring acquisition interest before beta and will continue developing and launching the product if the right offer does not come along.
Next step:
The immediate opportunity is to take TAVRYO into beta with real shift workers, validate rota recognition across a wider range of employers and layouts, and then launch the planned Free + Plus subscription model.

Growth could focus on shift-heavy markets such as retail, hospitality, healthcare, warehousing and other hourly workforces.

The product can also be expanded with additional payroll rules, more countries and currencies, iOS support, improved rota recognition, advanced pay automation and integrations with commonly used scheduling systems.

A buyer with experience in mobile growth or consumer subscriptions could take the existing product directly into user acquisition and monetization rather than starting from an idea or prototype.
