TON Escrow - Sell Project

TON Escrow is a working pre-production Telegram Mini App for secure peer-to-peer transactions involving digital goods, services, Telegram channels, and other Telegram assets, with settlement in USDT on the TON network. The product combines a Telegram bot, bilingual Russian/English Mini App, Node.js and TypeScript backend, PostgreSQL database, TonConnect wallet integration, marketplace, deal chat, administration tools, arbitration workflows, blockchain watchers, and TON Escrow Core V2 smart contracts. The owner can charge a platform fee on completed escrow transactions. Partners can operate branded bots and storefronts with their own commission percentage. Each partner can display only their own listings, combine them with the global marketplace, or use the global catalog exclusively. Deal attribution allows commissions to be associated with the partner who referred the customer. The project is deployed on a dedicated VPS and is available as a working Telegram demo. User creation, wallet connection, marketplace listings, and deal creation are operational. The source code is stored in a private GitHub repository. This is a pre-revenue, pre-production technology asset. Before handling significant real funds, the buyer should complete an independent production and smart-contract audit, connect a permanent domain and reliable paid TON RPC provider, enable production monitoring, and conduct controlled low-value transactions. The sale includes the source code, backend, Mini App, Telegram bot, database schema, deployment configuration, documentation, and an agreed handover process. Owner secrets and private keys are not transferred; the buyer creates their own credentials.
