ProPrep is a finished, deployed language exam-prep platform, live at proprep.app. It covers IELTS Academic, TOEFL iBT, DELE, DELF and Goethe, with separate portals for students, teachers, schools, parents and admins. Being blunt up front: it has ZERO revenue and ZERO paying customers. Stripe was never taken out of test mode. There has never been a commercial launch. You are buying the build, not a cash-flowing business. I say this first so neither of us wastes time. WHAT YOU GET 103,571 lines of TypeScript across 516 files, with 469 commits of real history. Next.js 16, React 19, Supabase Postgres with 132 migrations and row-level security, Stripe + Stripe Connect (subscriptions, coupons, usage overage, split payouts to teachers), Anthropic Claude for writing and speaking grading, OpenAI for TTS and speech-to-text, Sentry and PostHog instrumented, Playwright tests, 9 scheduled cron jobs. A content library that took over a year: 3,009 exam questions, 58 published exams, 25 exam versions, 191 exam sections, 628 practice sessions, 184 content items, 55 course chapters, 200 vocabulary terms, plus generated listening audio. Four complete interface languages: English, Portuguese, Spanish and Chinese. Three business models already built: B2C student subscriptions with free-tier quotas; B2B for individual teachers who bring their own students and get split payouts; B2B for schools with multi-admin roles, class management, billing and reporting. Also included: the proprep.app domain, brand and a documented design system, YouTube and Instagram channels, and roughly 11 GB of produced marketing material. WHY 9,999 USD At agency rates this codebase is 1,200-2,000 hours of senior full-stack work, or 48,000-120,000 USD to rebuild. The 3,009 questions alone are another 500-1,000 hours of content work. You are buying roughly 50-100k of build for under 10k, because I am not going to run the go-to-market myself. Running cost today is about 2 USD a month, which is the domain. Everything else fits inside free tiers at this volume. WHO THIS SUITS A language school that wants its own platform instead of paying per seat. An operator who is strong on distribution and wants a serious product rather than an MVP. An edtech that wants the question bank and the multi-exam architecture, where adding a new exam is configuration and content, not new code. Next step: <p>The build is done, so everything left is distribution - which is exactly what I am not going to do. Three routes are already coded and waiting. (1) Language schools: the school portal handles multi-admin roles, classes, student billing and reporting, so a school can replace a per-seat tool with its own platform. (2) Individual teachers: they bring their own students, set their own prices, and Stripe Connect already splits the payouts. (3) Direct to students: the free tier with quotas and the paid Pro plan are built and tested. Adding a new exam is configuration and content rather than new code, so expanding beyond IELTS, TOEFL, DELE, DELF and Goethe is content work, not engineering. Whoever is good at acquisition gets a two-quarter head start.</p>
