Next step: <p>High Priority</p><p>Cancellation and modification of customer-side reservations</p><p>Currently, customers cannot cancel reservations from /my-bookings. You need a "Cancel Reservation" button with partial refund via Stripe Refunds API.</p><p><br></p><p>Email/SMS notifications</p><p>There is no notification system. The next step is to integrate Resend (for email) or Twilio (for SMS) into the Edge Functions for confirmations, 24-hour reminders, and deletions.</p><p><br></p><p>Missing legal pages</p><p>The "Privacy", "Terms" and "Contacts" links in the footer point to # — you need real pages with Privacy Policy and Terms of Service (required for GDPR and Stripe).</p><p><br></p><p>Guest Authentication (without account)</p><p>The booking flow requires an account. Allowing guest reservations (with email and guest data) would increase conversion. The guest_details column is already in the bookings table, but the frontend doesn't use it yet.</p><p><br></p><p>Refund Management</p><p>There is no UI for refunds. The salon can't refund a customer from the dashboard — you have to go directly to Stripe.</p>
