A buyer can evaluate this foundation against the time and effort of developing their own. The price is an asking price, not an independent valuation, and does not rely on existing revenue or customers.SALE TERMSThis is an as-is asset sale of a pre-revenue prototype, not an operating business. There are no customers, revenue, employees or required seller support. Seller-owned code, documentation, tests and transferable project assets are delivered after payment and a signed asset-purchase agreement. The buyer may continue development, rename, commercialize, license, resell or discontinue the acquired seller-owned assets. Third-party dependencies retain their own licenses. No patient records, customer data, seller accounts or domain name are included.REMAINING WORK AND DISCLOSURESThe software is not represented as HIPAA compliant, clinically validated, FDA approved or a substitute for professional medical advice. The buyer must assess the legal, privacy, security, clinical and licensing requirements of their intended use. Production hosting, Linux container/OCR verification and deployed browser acceptance remain outstanding. Customer accounts, payments and saved-report storage are not included.Version 0.19.7 uses pdf-parse/PDF.js for server PDF rendering and no longer includes MuPDF. Third-party notices and dependency inventories are included for buyer review. Hosting and AI-provider accounts and operating costs are the buyer's responsibility.
