Peer-to-peer parcel delivery platform connecting travelers and sender
COLISBRI is a peer-to-peer parcel delivery platform designed to make shipping between France and Morocco faster, more affordable and more flexible. The platform connects people who need to send parcels with travelers already making the same journey and willing to carry available items in exchange for compensation. COLISBRI has already been developed and launched, with a user base of approximately 2,000 registered users. The project includes the mobile application, brand, technology, user base and digital assets. The concept addresses a clear market need within the large France–Morocco corridor, where traditional international shipping can be expensive and inconvenient. COLISBRI offers an alternative model based on existing travel flows and the sharing economy. The project is currently paused and represents an opportunity for an acquirer to relaunch, integrate or scale an existing platform without having to build the product and initial community from scratch.
Next step:
The buyer can scale COLISBRI beyond the France–Morocco corridor, which was initially used to test and validate the concept, by expanding into other high-volume travel routes, strengthening acquisition on both sender and traveler sides, developing B2B partnerships, and introducing additional monetization streams such as premium services, insurance and priority matching.
