Every install is organic Chrome Web Store search; there has never been any paid acquisition. WHY IT IS PRICED AT $12,000 I am selling this honestly, so here is the part most listings leave out. Usage halved this year and MRR is down 26%. The cause is that the extension finds the prompt box by DOM selector, and those break whenever OpenAI, Anthropic or Google change their markup. Across the last year 43% of Improve clicks returned nothing. There is no failure telemetry, which is why Claude stayed fully broken for twelve months before anyone noticed. WHY THAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY On 22 July 2026 I shipped one release that repaired Claude and restored Gemini. No marketing, no new features, no price change. Active users rose 66% within three weeks and were still 50% above baseline five weeks later. Three integrations are still broken — the same lever, sitting unused. Reach is intact and conversion is normal at 2.6%. What the product loses are the users who click once, get nothing back, and never return. No language handling at all, though roughly half of all prompts are not in English.
