I didn't see much point in spending time on them before there was an actual Enterprise customer asking for them. If a buyer brings in that kind of customer, there's a clear reason to build them.

Expand beyond Nigeria.

The product is currently built around the Nigerian private-school market, where affordability is a major part of the value proposition. There are plenty of other African markets with similar problems, so the same product could potentially be adapted for those markets rather than starting from scratch.

Put a team behind it.

The entire thing has been built and operated as a bootstrapped solo project. That's probably the biggest limitation right now. With funding, an existing team, or simply more people working on it, there's a lot more that could be shipped and a lot more schools that could be onboarded. The 70–100 school first-year target becomes much more realistic when you're not doing everything yourself.
