About Lavish
Dating app with swipe matching, Firebase auth, and custom UI — unfinished, sold
Lavish is an early-stage dating app built with Expo/React Native and Firebase. It's unfinished, but has a solid, working foundation — clean custom UI (not a generic template), core screens fully built out, and backend partially connected. What's working: Custom swipe-based Discover screen with match logic Matches, Messages, and Profile screens with custom bottom navigation Google Sign-In authentication (Firebase) Firestore database connected (test mode) Custom app icon and gold/pink dark theme throughout Gradient UI styling (buttons, avatar rings, cards) What's not finished: Phone/OTP sign-in (Android registration started, not completed) Firebase Storage / photo uploads not set up No backend messaging logic yet (Messages screen is UI only) No real users, no revenue — sold purely as a starting foundation Tech stack: Expo, React Native, TypeScript, Firebase (Auth + Firestore), expo-router, expo-linear-gradient Included in sale: Full source code (private repo access), Firebase project transfer, app icon/branding assets, demo video showing the app running.

Next step: <p>Complete Phone/OTP sign-in, add photo upload via Firebase Storage or Cloudinary, build out real-time messaging between matches, and add push notifications. The design foundation and core swipe/match flow are ready to build on.</p>
