NearYou - Sell Project

NearYou is a live, location-based dating and social discovery web application designed to help people discover, interact with and meet others nearby. Core features include: • User profiles and nearby discovery • Matching between interested users • Real-time private messaging • One-to-one video calls • One-to-one voice calls • Photo sharing in conversations • Voice messages • Signals for expressing interest • Confessions and community interaction • Responsive interface for desktop and mobile browsers Unlike a basic dating template, NearYou already includes the core discovery, matching and communication features required for a functional dating platform. This is a complete software asset sale. The buyer will receive: • NearYou.dating domain • Full source code • Current live website and user interface • Database structure and configuration files • Logo and included brand assets • Installation and deployment documentation • Configuration guidance for required third-party services • Seven days of technical handover support The platform can be relaunched as a regional dating service, adapted for a specific community, or developed into a white-label dating and social discovery solution. The project is currently pre-revenue and is being sold because I am consolidating my projects. No unverified traffic or revenue claims are being made. The buyer will be responsible for marketing, user acquisition, content moderation, privacy compliance and future development. Private user data, conversations, passwords, API keys and production credentials are not included in the source-code package.
