RecoverLedger - Sell Project
Project Overview
RecoverLedger is a B2B SaaS platform designed to help subscription businesses identify, prioritize, and recover revenue lost from failed payments. The platform integrates with Stripe Billing to process payment events, identify at-risk invoices and opportunities, and track recovery activity from failed payment to successful payment. RecoverLedger focuses on measurable revenue recovery rather than simply providing analytics. Businesses can see how much revenue is at risk, which payment cases shoul...

What's Included
Source code, All related design work
Full documentation set included - architecture notes, setup guide, a pilot playbook for getting the first customer, outreach templates, and a security audit writeup. Also happy to do a handover call to walk the buyer through the codebase and deployment. The stack is deliberately boring on purpose (Node.js + PostgreSQL) so any developer can maintain it. Both Stripe and YooKassa integrations are done, which covers US/EU and Russian/CIS markets.
Reason for Selling
Honest answer: the build was the fun part for me and it's done - tested, documented, both payment integrations working. What's left is the customer-facing grind: outreach, pilots, sales calls. I don't have the bandwidth or, frankly, the passion for that part right now due to other commitments. Rather than let it sit and rot in a private repo, I'd rather hand it to someone who can actually run the pilot and turn it into a business. Everything a buyer needs to continue is written down: setup guide, pilot playbook, outreach templates.

Technical Implementation Effort
Next Development Phase: <p>There's a clear sequence already mapped out:</p><p> </p><p>1. Deploy it somewhere public (setup guide walks through it step by step, including free options) - roughly a day of work</p><p>2. Run one concierge pilot using the playbook included: find a SaaS with failed Stripe payments, connect test mode, show them their numbers for free</p><p>3. First verified recovery event = proof of value, then decide between subscription or performance-based pricing (both are supported by the billing logic already)</p><p>4. From there it forks naturally: more payment providers (Paddle, Chargebee), an AI layer for failure explanations, or white-labeling for billing agencies</p><p> </p><p>The two hardest technical pieces are done - dual payment provider support and the evidence/attribution layer. What multiplies the value now is customers, which is exactly what I couldn't give it.</p><p> </p><p>A buyer with existing SaaS audience or a billing/finance newsletter could shortcut straight to step 2 and skip months of cold outreach.</p>
