Two production Telegram bots running live on Railway, sharing one Python codebase. POLYWHALE (@PolyWhaleBot) — Polymarket Polls every 60 seconds. Alerts when a whale opens a position of $100k+ AND passes a quality filter: insider score 7/10+, or a 60%+ win rate over 30+ trades. The filter is the point — it cuts the noise that free trackers drown you in. CRYPTOWHALE (@CryptoWhaleBot) — exchanges Tracks whale trades on Hyperliquid, Binance Futures, OKX and Bybit. Per-user threshold from $500k to $10M. Builds a profile of each trader: institutional, on-chain, or anonymous. ALREADY BUILT AND WORKING • Subscription payments — Telegram Stars and USDT • Free tier with daily alert cap • Per-user alert thresholds • Full English and Russian localisation • Admin panel, /status /settings /help • Google Sheets logging of every alert • Both bots deployed and running on Railway TECH Python. One shared codebase — CryptoWhale reuses PolyWhale's handlers and patches config at startup (token, database, locales, pricing). Adding a third bot on a new data source is a config change, not a rewrite. NOT BUILT YET Referral system, alert filtering by asset, wallet watchlist. All scoped, none started. HONEST STATE No meaningful subscriber base. I built the product; I don't have the audience to sell it to. That is exactly what you would be buying — a finished, working system instead of three to six months of your own build time. Best fit: someone already running a crypto Telegram channel, a trading-tools brand, or an exchange-affiliate operation. Point existing traffic at a working product on day one. Next step: 1. POINT AN AUDIENCE AT IT. The product works today. The single biggest lever is traffic, not features. A crypto Telegram channel with a few thousand subscribers could convert on day one. 2. WIRE IN EXCHANGE AFFILIATE LINKS. The bots already surface trades on Binance, OKX, Bybit and Hyperliquid — all of which run referral programmes. Alerts are a natural place to put a referral link. This is a second income stream on top of subscriptions and needs no new code beyond link handling. 3. SHIP THE THREE FEATURES ALREADY SCOPED. Referral system, alert filtering by asset, and a wallet watchlist. All designed, none started. The referral system in particular turns existing subscribers into a growth channel. 4. ADD MORE DATA SOURCES. The architecture was built for this — CryptoWhale is PolyWhale with a patched config. A third bot on a new exchange or market is a config change, not a rewrite. 5. SELL THE FEED, NOT JUST THE BOT. The whale-detection logic could be exposed as an API for other builders to embed, alongside or instead of retail subscriptions. One integration client can be worth a hundred individual subscribers.
