WE ARE NOT SELLING KISSY. WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INVESTMENT PARTNER. A 20% minority stake at a declared valuation of € 100,000 — i.e. € 20,000. The founder stays and keeps leading product, development and territory. KISSY covers the five to ten minutes nobody covers: the gap between a critical incident and the arrival of help. One gesture, and the alarm reaches two circles at the same instant: the trusted network the user has chosen, and the people on KISSY who happen to be physically nearby right now, even if they are strangers. Whoever receives it sees a name, a precise location, and two actions only: go to the person, or call the emergency number. The second circle is the new part. Every safety app alerts the user's own contacts — who are statistically far away, at work, asleep. KISSY also alerts whoever is two hundred metres away. STATED BOUNDARY: KISSY is not an emergency service, does not replace the emergency number, and does not guarantee that anyone will respond. When the user taps «Call 112» the app opens the dialler with the number ready: the call is made by the user. This limit is written inside the app, on the website and in every document we publish. WHAT EXISTS TODAY · Android app compiled and installed — version 1.0.77 · Backend running in production, not a local prototype · Package accepted by Google Play, in closed testing since 20 August 2026 · SOS, incident map, chat and voice messages working on real handsets · Privacy policy, terms, community rules and account deletion published · Field test of the SOS function with external users, 22 August 2026: the alarm left a real phone and reached three people, two of them outside the personal network of the person who asked for help APPLICATION SUBMITTED On 25 August 2026 KISSY submitted its application to Start Cup Lombardia 2026, the regional competition for university startups and spinoffs, ICT & Services category, promoted by Regione Lombardia. The form was received. The outcome is not known yet and we are not anticipating it. WHAT DOES NOT EXIST YET — we say it ourselves · Revenue: zero. Pre-revenue, not a single payment collected · No company incorporated yet: this is a business project · Not public on the store yet: it is in closed testing · iPhone version: does not exist, it is the first item on the roadmap · No product-market fit claimed THE MARKET 12% of people aged 14 and over feel unsafe or very unsafe walking alone after dark in their own neighbourhood — 16.4% among women (ISTAT 2022-23). In order of magnitude, six million people in Italy. Milan, where we start, is the Italian province with the highest density of reported crimes: 6,952 per 100,000 inhabitants (Il Sole 24 Ore, 2025). From our own survey «Safety in the city» (n=50, August 2026): 68% feel unsafe at least once a month, 46% currently call a friend, 32% do nothing, and only 2% use a dedicated app. 0% use neighbourhood groups for safety. The tool does not exist: it is not that people picked a different one. Next step: The iPhone version. The codebase is already cross-platform: bringing KISSY to iOS is not rewriting the app, it is completing it. With it the addressable market in Italy goes from 32 to 46.5 million people.Density in Milan. The value is not the code — code is cloned in a few weeks. It is the density of people over a territory, and that is built neighbourhood by neighbourhood. Milan is the Italian province with the highest density of reported crimes, and 900,000 commuters enter it every day: the real catchment is 2.3 million people, not 1.4.The marketplace of neighbourhood businesses, from KISSY 2.0: that is the point where KISSY stops being a project and becomes an economy. In Lombardy, out-of-home consumption is worth almost € 17 billion across more than 46,500 active businesses.Expansion. Reason for selling

We are not selling in order to leave. Capital is needed for the next phase, and it is needed now: incorporating the company properly, an Apple developer account and the iPhone version, publication on both stores, building user density in Milan, and covering running costs for the first twelve months. The founder works on the project full time, unpaid, and will keep doing so. We are looking for someone who comes in and stays, not someone who carries off an asset. ——————————————— Non stiamo vendendo per uscire.
