Pallet Calculator is a free browser-based planning tool for warehouse, shipping, and packaging teams. Enter case and pallet dimensions, quantities, weights, and constraints to compare patterns, calculate TI-HI, estimate load height and weight, measure cube utilization, and review container capacity. Metric and imperial units are supported, calculations run in the browser, and visible assumptions make the result easy to verify. Results are planning estimates and do not replace packaging engineering, load testing, carrier rules, or site-specific safety review.
