Reason for Selling
I'm a solo developer running multiple products simultaneously, and this one has outgrown what I can give it. It's the most technically mature project in my portfolio a multi-tenant WhatsApp AI business assistant with per-business configuration, AI-driven intent classification (not brittle state machines), a full booking and goods-ordering flow, owner takeover/handback, and a test suite covering multi-tenant isolation, webhook security, booking conflicts, and payment idempotency. It's already in conversations with real prospective businesses. The problem isn't the product it's bandwidth. Getting this to real revenue needs focused GTM (pricing, vertical targeting, onboarding self-service) at the same time I'm splitting attention across other launches. Rather than let a technically solid platform stall in "almost there," I'd rather hand it to someone who can give it the dedicated push it needs to convert its current pipeline into paying customers.

Technical Implementation Effort
Next Development Phase:
Where a buyer can take this next: The hard infrastructure work multi-tenancy, concurrency, security, booking logic is already done, so a buyer isn't starting from scratch, they're starting from growth. The clearest near-term moves are turning manual onboarding into a self-service flow, locking in pricing and a target vertical, and converting the existing pipeline of prospective businesses into paying customers. From there, there's real room to build out the owner experience letting owners query business performance (like goods revenue) and update their configuration directly from the same chat interface, rather than through a separate app . Longer-term, the foundation already supports the planned move into a full POS layer inventory tracking and financial reporting — built on data the system is already collecting.
