APTIA — Human Potential OS is a local-first professional development and employability platform designed to help people understand their capabilities, evaluate career opportunities and make better-informed professional decisions. The platform combines professional profiling and evidence, job opportunity analysis, application tracking, career transition tools, interview preparation, negotiation support, learning pathways and entrepreneurship guidance within a single integrated environment. APTIA has been designed with a strong local-first approach, allowing important functionality to operate without continuous internet dependency. It also incorporates Brazilian occupational classification (CBO) references and separates occupational classification, vacancy requirements and regulatory or professional credentials rather than treating them as equivalent. The current implementation includes multilingual support (Portuguese/Spanish), local data handling, career and skills workflows, opportunity analysis, verified learning references, professional credential checks and additional decision-support modules. Current stage: working software implementation under active development and validation. The project should not be interpreted as having established customers, recurring revenue or independently validated commercial traction unless expressly documented. Transaction scope: APTIA's complete underlying intellectual property is not being offered for sale. We are open to negotiating a defined commercial license, territorial or sector-specific rights, white-label arrangements, or rights to a specifically agreed edition or implementation. Core reusable technology, unrestricted global IP rights, trademark rights and other expressly excluded assets remain with the owner unless separately negotiated. This listing is intended for buyers or strategic partners interested in commercializing, adapting or deploying a defined implementation of APTIA without requiring acquisition of the entire underlying project and intellectual property.

What's included

This listing is for a limited commercial technology license, not the sale of APTIA as a whole. The transaction may include agreed deployment rights, documentation, implementation support and access to specifically defined software components required for the licensed use. Ownership of the APTIA platform, core intellectual property, underlying architecture, proprietary methodologies, brand and non-licensed source code remains with the seller. Exact scope, territory, duration, exclusivity and permitted use will be defined contractually with the buyer.

I feel that the project requires skills that I do not necessarily have and would like to see someone else take over.
