Next step: <p>There's a lot of room to grow Fuel further. On the monetization side, the gym and individual subscription tiers could be expanded with more premium features (advanced analytics, personalized meal plans, deeper AI coaching), and the social/club layer is a natural foundation for an advertising or sponsorship model once the community scales.</p><p>A buyer could also lean into partnerships with gyms and fitness influencers to drive the club system, build out integrations with wearables (Apple Health, Garmin, Whoop) to strengthen the tracking side, and expand geographically beyond Italy given the app is built on a scalable stack (React, Supabase).</p><p>With early traction already in place (20+ signups in the first week), the next steps would be doubling down on organic/social growth loops (workout and PR sharing is inherently viral) and turning the club feature into a recurring engagement driver.</p>
