Capture on-screen text, then copy, translate, or speak
PixelRead is a native macOS menu-bar app for extracting text from places you cannot copy. Press ⌘⇧2, select any screen region, and Apple Vision OCR turns it into editable text. Copy it, translate it on-device with Apple Translation, or have PixelRead speak the result. It also works with text selected in other apps and keeps recent captures locally.
