NexeDelivery — Smart Delivery Management Platform NexeDelivery is a delivery management platform designed to connect customers, local businesses, and delivery drivers in a simple and secure workflow. The platform is designed for businesses such as bakeries, hardware stores, butcher shops, grocery stores, and other local businesses that need an organized way to manage orders and deliveries. 🛍️ 1. Public Business Catalogs Each business has its own digital catalog that customers can browse through the NexeDelivery platform. Businesses can display: Products Product images Prices Categories Available items Customers can browse different businesses, explore their catalogs, select the products they want, and prepare their order. 📱 2. Customer Ordering After selecting their products, the customer submits the order through the platform. The order details are then sent to the business through WhatsApp, allowing the customer and business to coordinate the payment method directly. NexeDelivery does not process or hold the customer's payment. 🏪 3. Business Dispatch Management Once the business confirms and prepares the order, the business creates the delivery dispatch. The business provides: A photo of the prepared order A security code for pickup Pickup location Delivery information The business then waits for the assigned delivery driver to arrive. 🚴 4. Delivery Driver Workflow The delivery driver receives a notification containing the delivery information. The driver can immediately see: 📍 Pickup location 📍 Delivery location 📦 Dispatch information The driver must follow the required verification process before collecting the order. 🔐 5. Secure Pickup Verification To collect the order, the driver must: Be within 100 meters of the business. Request the pickup security code from the business. Enter/verify the security code. Take a photo of the dispatch as proof of pickup. This creates a digital record of the pickup process. 📍 6. Delivery Verification When arriving at the customer's destination, the driver must be within 100 meters of the registered delivery location. After completing the delivery, the driver takes a photo as proof of delivery. The delivery evidence is then associated with the order and becomes available to the business and the administrative account. 📸 7. Delivery Evidence & Administration NexeDelivery keeps important delivery evidence organized within the platform. Businesses and administrators can review: Pickup photos Delivery photos Security verification Delivery information Dispatch records This creates greater transparency throughout the delivery process and helps businesses keep track of completed deliveries. 💳 8. Subscription-Based Business Model NexeDelivery is not based on commissions per order. Instead, the platform is designed around a monthly subscription model for businesses.
