It trades one liquid perpetual contract on a top-10 venue, capturing a systematic latency gap against a larger reference market. Direction-neutral, 24/7, average hold 14 seconds, losses capped by the exit logic. Across 1,129 exchange-verified trades: 60.2% win rate, +1.42 bps per trade, t-statistic 20.3. The economics require a zero-commission account. It has never been monetized as a product - no customers, no marketing, no revenue - so the entire commercial upside is unclaimed.
