My Pet Groom AI is a live, production-ready AI SaaS designed to bridge the communication gap between dog owners and professional groomers. Customers often struggle to explain exactly how they want their dog to look, while groomers need a clear visual reference before starting the work. My Pet Groom AI turns a customer's own dog photo into personalized grooming concepts that can be viewed, compared, and taken directly to a groomer. After a photo is uploaded, the system automatically analyzes the dog, identifies its likely breed and relevant coat characteristics, and uses this information to determine which grooming styles are appropriate, realistic, or intentionally creative for that specific dog. Unlike a generic AI image generator, the platform uses a purpose-built grooming recommendation and generation pipeline developed through extensive testing. Breed and coat characteristics, grooming limitations, style suitability, prompt construction, and portfolio composition are all taken into account. The portfolio logic intentionally produces meaningfully different concepts instead of multiple near-identical variations. The platform generates high-resolution, photorealistic results designed to preserve recognizable breed characteristics. A complete set of concepts can be generated within minutes without requiring the customer or groomer to manually create AI prompts. The experience does not end with an AI image. Each grooming concept has its own detailed result card, and customers can download a PDF containing the visual reference, grooming description, maintenance guidance, and practical instructions for the groomer. This turns the generated concept into a useful communication tool for an actual grooming appointment. The consumer funnel is already built. Every user can try one AI generation for free before purchasing. Current paid packages are $9 for 3 concepts and $15 for 6 concepts, with Stripe payments integrated and operational. A separate Groomer Pro subscription system has also been developed as a B2B opportunity for professional groomers and salons. Groomer Pro includes passwordless Magic Link access and generation history, providing the foundation for a professional workspace rather than simply a consumer image generator. The product is live and deployed with a modern SaaS infrastructure including Next.js, Stripe, Gemini-powered AI generation, Vercel, Neon, Vercel Blob, Google Analytics and additional product analytics/tracking. Considerable development work has also gone into validation, privacy, application security, safer customer-data handling and AI-related legal/refund policies.
