SurchargeCheck is a finished browser-based shipping invoice audit tool built for finance and operations teams that want a fast first pass over carrier invoice data without sending the invoice file to a vendor. The workflow is simple: Upload → Analyze → Review → Export What it does • Upload a shipping invoice CSV • Automatically map recognizable columns or complete mapping manually • Analyze total spend and surcharge spend • Break down named surcharge categories • Surface high-surcharge shipments • Surface high-cost shipments • Flag potential duplicates • Surface address-correction and other review items • Filter and sort the review table • Open individual transactions for detail • Export an HTML audit report • Export flagged transactions as CSV • Try the generated demo dataset without uploading a real invoice Privacy-first architecture The product is designed to run entirely in the browser. There is no required account, backend invoice-processing service, or database for the audit workflow. They are not customer results. Current scope CSV-only input. No accounts, API integrations, monitoring, PDF extraction, XLSX import, or server-side invoice processing are included in the current product. Commercial status This is an acquisition of a working software asset rather than an established revenue-generating SaaS. No customer, revenue, traction, or certification claims are being made. Asking price: $1,250 USD, negotiable. The buyer can continue the product as an internal tool, paid utility, audit-service front end, or foundation for a larger logistics/AP product.
