What's working today: a functioning AI-driven outreach pipeline, and a complete Microsoft Graph integration for email and calendar. The SaaS dashboard is partially built. This is a pre-revenue asset: no live customers or recurring revenue yet. It's being sold as a working codebase and foundation for someone to take further, not as an established business. Not independently verified: cron-based scheduling, auto-send behavior in production, and the source of the manual-send tool. Buyers should plan on their own technical review of the codebase.
