The transaction is intended as a full acquisition and transfer of the technology asset, not a license, franchise or joint-development arrangement. The acquisition includes approximately 15 days of technical transition support at no additional cost, subject to the agreed scope and the buyer's preparation. Support requests should include the available description and evidence, and response times will depend on the complexity of the case. Structured payment plans may be considered for qualified buyers, subject to an upfront payment, due diligence, appropriate guarantees, documented delivery milestones and a definitive agreement. Repository, source-code and rights transfer will follow the verified payment and delivery schedule. Sensitive documentation, repository access and source code will be disclosed progressively only to qualified parties under confidentiality and technical due diligence.
