What's Included
Source code, All related design work, All related data
Included in full: • Complete source code, git history included — the refactor from the initial monolith into routers, services and models is visible in the log, not squashed away. • All 9 Alembic migrations, the full test suite (487 backend tests, 23 browser e2e specs, 20 screenshot specs) and the GitHub Actions workflow. • Dockerfiles and a docker-compose stack that builds and runs end to end, plus systemd unit examples and an nginx vhost for a bare-metal deployment. • Documentation: README, ARCHITECTURE, DEPLOYMENT, SECURITY, API reference, CHANGELOG. • The demo seed script that generates the dataset you see on the live stand, so the buyer can reproduce a populated instance for their own sales demos. • The logo and the design tokens the theme is built from. Not included, and why: the demo domain esystem.pp.ua stays with me. It hosts the public demo stand and is not part of the product — the buyer will run this on their own domain. The demo stays online for 30 days after the sale so the buyer can compare their deployment against a known-good one. Handover: I will walk the buyer through a first deployment on their own host and answer questions by email for 30 days after transfer. No ongoing development or support beyond that.
Reason for Selling
I build products; running and marketing a CRM is a different job and not one I want. The codebase is finished and tested, and it is worth more to someone who already has the sales channel — an agency with clients to deploy it for, or a team that needs a sales desk inside their own infrastructure. Keeping it on my disk earns nobody anything.

Technical Implementation Effort
Next Development Phase: <p>Multi-tenant SaaS. The most obvious path and the largest one. The schema is</p><p>clean and access control already runs through a single visibility layer, so</p><p>adding tenant isolation is a focused change rather than a rewrite — then bill</p><p>per seat instead of selling licences.</p><p><br></p><p>White-label resale. Brand name, logo and accent colour are configuration, not</p><p>code: one hex value regenerates the whole palette for light and dark themes. An</p><p>agency can stand up a branded instance per client from the same image and</p><p>charge setup plus hosting.</p><p><br></p><p>Telephony and email. Contacts, deals and the audit log are in place; adding a</p><p>SIP dialer or a two-way email thread turns this from a record-keeper into the</p><p>screen an agent lives in all day. This is the feature buyers ask for first, and</p><p>it is the fastest route to a higher price point.</p><p><br></p><p>Vertical editions. Statuses, departments and custom fields are editable in the</p><p>admin UI rather than hardcoded, so the same codebase can be positioned as a</p><p>recruiting pipeline, a real-estate desk or a debt-collection queue without</p><p>touching the source. Narrow verticals carry far higher per-seat pricing than</p><p>generic CRM.</p><p><br></p><p>Billing and a self-serve trial. There is no payment integration by design —</p><p>nothing external is wired in. Adding Stripe and a signup flow is a weekend of</p><p>work on top of an auth system that already handles roles, sessions and</p><p>revocation.</p><p><br></p><p>Mobile. The interface is responsive and usable on a phone today. A wrapper app</p><p>or a PWA for field agents is a small step, not a second product.</p>
