Northstar has reached the stage where the core product, infrastructure, billing foundation, transactional email system, documentation and buyer-handover materials are complete. I enjoy designing and developing software products, but I do not want to personally operate the long-term sales, customer-support and enterprise implementation process required to grow Northstar into a full commercial business. I am therefore offering the project as a source-code software asset to a buyer who already has the industry experience, customer access, sales resources or existing product portfolio needed to take it to market. The sale is not caused by technical failure, debt, customer loss or declining revenue. Northstar is pre-revenue and has not yet been commercially launched.
