Next step: The principal opportunity is to build distribution around an already-developed and operational product. A buyer could launch targeted SEO, content marketing and paid acquisition campaigns for job seekers in France, Germany, Spain and other European markets. The two domains, ceevio.tech and ceevio.fr, provide a strong foundation for both international and French positioning. Additional growth opportunities include partnerships with recruitment agencies, career coaches, universities and training organizations; B2B licensing; white-label versions; affiliate partnerships with job platforms; and enterprise packages for outplacement or recruitment companies. The buyer can also optimize onboarding and conversion, expand the supported languages and countries, introduce team accounts, develop referral programs and create specialized application workflows for specific professions. Because the billing system, AI workflows, administration tools and production infrastructure are already implemented, the buyer can focus primarily on customer acquisition and commercial execution.

The sale includes the complete Ceevio source code and Git repository, the ceevio.tech and ceevio.fr domain names, the brand identity, logos, design assets and multilingual content. It also includes the PostgreSQL database schema, Prisma migrations and seeds, Docker and Nginx production configuration, deployment and smoke-test scripts, backup and rollback procedures, API documentation, technical documentation and administration tools. The OpenAI, Stripe, email and monitoring integrations are already implemented. The buyer will receive the integration code and configuration templates, but private API keys, payment balances and non-transferable third-party accounts are not included. A structured technical handover and reasonable transition assistance can be provided after the acquisition.

Reason for selling

Ceevio has reached a complete and production-ready stage. Its next phase requires sustained investment in marketing, partnerships and customer acquisition rather than additional core product development. My current priorities do not allow me to give this commercial phase the attention it deserves. Instead of leaving a fully operational platform underexploited, I would prefer to transfer it to a buyer with the distribution, recruitment or HR expertise required to accelerate its growth.
