What is AureaTurnos? AureaTurnos is a complete, working staff scheduling product for shift-based retail businesses. Managers stop building rosters by hand: the AI engine generates the full weekly schedule, validates it against the company's own rules, and repairs it automatically when something doesn't fit. What the product already does Weekly planner covering 61 employees across 7 departments (cashiers, customer service, floor staff, supervision, warehouse, admin, sales), with fixed and rotating contracts. Automatic rest-day (franco) assignment, per-employee overtime tracking, staggered entry and exit times, and coverage marked critical vs normal per day. Structural validation before saving, coverage breakdown per shift (morning / afternoon / Sunday), plus Excel export and print-ready output. Employee-facing features: absences, shift swaps, hour bank, holidays, notices and reports. The core asset: an AI scheduling engine A LangGraph StateGraph (Python) generates schedules, validates them against business rules, and retries and repairs invalid ones in a bounded loop. Rules already encoded: minimum staffing per time slot (stricter at opening), morning-shift prioritization, staggered entries, on-the-hour scheduling, and biweekly overtime balancing. Because the rules live in an isolated validation layer, the engine can be retargeted to other industries without touching the generator.
