Telegram Agent - Sell Project

A full-stack, multi-tenant SaaS platform. A business connects a Telegram account, uploads its knowledge (prices, services, FAQ), and turns the AI on. The agent then answers customers automatically — engineered to feel like a real person, not a bot. What makes it different (the hard parts are already built): Human Simulation Engine: realistic read delays, live typing indicators, typing time scaled to reply length, all randomized. Can split a reply into 2–3 short messages with pauses, like real texting. RAG knowledge base: documents (PDF/DOCX/TXT/notes) are chunked, embedded and stored in pgvector; only relevant context is used, so answers are grounded and it admits when it doesn't know. Personality system: 5 built-in personas + fully custom (tone, emoji frequency, sales aggressiveness, length). Templates for 14 business types. Availability engine: timezone-aware business hours; the agent knows when it's open or closed. Instant Start/Stop, whitelist, blacklist, human handoff, live conversations view, analytics dashboard. Provider-agnostic LLM: Groq (free tier), Gemini, OpenAI, OpenRouter, DeepSeek — switch with one env var. Channel-agnostic core: the AI brain is decoupled from the transport, so WhatsApp / Instagram / Gmail can be added without touching the logic. Status: fully working end-to-end on Telegram (live-tested). Pre-revenue — built and validated, ready for a founder to take to market. Roadmap left as upside: WhatsApp/Instagram/Gmail channels, billing, session encryption, per-tenant limits. Honest note: Telegram uses Telethon (user-account/MTProto) for the fully-human feel; a buyer wanting a strictly ToS-safe setup can switch to the Telegram Bot API or official channel APIs since the core is channel-agnostic.
