Crewdesk is a dispatcher and mobile app built specifically for small field service shops (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) that are stuck between paper and ServiceTitan. The gap it fills: ServiceTitan starts at $398/month and is sold through a demo call with a paid implementation engagement, which is heavy for a three-technician crew. Crewdesk is the opposite shape: sign up, land in a working dispatcher board in minutes, no onboarding call, no implementation fee. The honest positioning is ownership, not price and not features: this is a codebase a buyer owns outright and can white-label, in a vertical with roughly 160,000 US specialty-trade establishments (Census NAICS 238210 + 238220). What you're acquiring: Next.js 16 dispatcher web app — job management, drag-and-drop schedule calendar, customer CRM, fleet management (vehicles with technician assignment), a map plotting the day's jobs as status-coloured pins (job addresses, not technician GPS; the app does not track device location), Stripe billing across 3 tiers, invoice PDF generation, and one-click demo mode. Job detail shows status history, photos from the field, the dispatcher-technician message thread, and a time log, all on one page. Expo React Native mobile app — technician today-queue, job status transitions, photo upload (camera or library, via Supabase Storage). Online-only: TanStack Query caches reads for a snappier feel, but there is no offline mutation queue and no signature-capture screen yet. Supabase backend — multi-tenant row-level security from day one, 8 migrations, real demo data (3 companies, 58 jobs, 40 customers across Portland, Austin and Denver). Stripe billing — Solo $49, Crew $99, Shop $199; 14-day trial; webhook handlers for subscription updates, payment failure, and cancellation grace period. Full handoff package — DEPLOY.md (step-by-step Vercel + EAS + Supabase), HANDOFF.md (credential transfer checklist), runbook.md (demo reset, key rotation, incident playbooks), architecture.md, and a schema README.
