Ray is a working, browser-local GST reconciliation and finance-control prototype for Indian finance teams. It compares purchase-register and GSTR-2B CSV exports, validates schemas, identifies six exception classes, links evidence, records human decisions locally, and exports a portable audit trail. The sale includes the original React/Vite source, Vercel deployment configuration, serverless diagnostic endpoint, synthetic test fixtures, design assets, market research, operating documentation, and up to 10 hours of transition support during 30 days. The current product is deliberately honest about its stage: no production customer data, live accounting connectors, filing execution, multi-tenant accounts, or payment rails are represented as complete. The strongest buyer is an accounting, GST, ERP, or fintech operator that already has distribution and wants a polished head start on a trusted Indian finance-control product.
