Signal Terminal fuses a dozen+ free, official data streams into one scored, filterable market-intelligence feed, the sort of "everything on one screen" view usually locked behind a paid terminal subscription, built entirely on free and keyless sources. What it does: Merges SEC Form 4 insider trades, 13D/13G activist stakes, and 8-K events into one feed Tracks 13F position changes across 8 funds (Berkshire, Bridgewater, Pershing Square, Scion, Third Point, Renaissance, Duquesne, Citadel - configurable though) Pulls House & Senate stock disclosures and flags federal contract awards above a set threshold Scores every headline with the Loughran-McDonald finance sentiment lexicon Computes technicals in pure Python - moving averages, VWAP, 12-1 momentum - zero numpy/pandas Pulls delayed options chains, Fed/FOMC calendar data, and a geopolitical/natural-events overlay (earthquakes, wildfires, weather alerts, conflict-headline density) Rolls it all into a 0-100 per-ticker Catalyst Score with auto-flagged setups (insider cluster buys, activist stakes, Congress buying, news surges) Optional Telegram bot pushes a scheduled digest to your phone Built-in portfolio tracker, client-side, no backend needed What you're buying: full Python source (9 modules), setup docs, and three ready-to-use deployment paths: One-click local run (just double click and the terminal is on), a GitHub Actions workflow for a self-updating cloud dashboard with Telegram alerts, or a PyInstaller build for handing to a non-technical end user.
