Desktop operations workspace for virtual assistants and small businesses.
AWH (AssistWorkHub) is a centrally connected, multi-platform operations product created for service businesses, virtual assistants, agencies and teams managing one or multiple businesses. It was developed to reduce fragmented work and make unfinished operational items visible from one coordinated workspace. Instead of functioning as a conventional CRM or appointment tool, AWH connects customer communication with the operational actions that must follow: answering directly, escalating decisions to the business owner, tracking appointments, maintaining customer context, managing unresolved work and preserving daily operational continuity. Current product status: • Working Windows desktop application • Functional Android companion application codebase • Central HTTPS backend deployed on a Linux VPS • PostgreSQL persistence for central accounts, businesses, subscriptions and operations • Secure user registration, login, session recovery and first-business onboarding • Multi-business and tenant-aware access architecture • Owner, admin, operator and viewer role structure • Subscription-aware full-access, read-only and locked states • Customer, appointment, message, note, archive, owner-question and daily-summary workflows • Structured “answer directly” and “ask the business owner” decision flows • Hybrid local and central data architecture • Secure account and business linking between local and central workspaces • Device-bound activation and controlled software-distribution foundation implemented in source code • Bilingual product landing page • Technical, deployment and sales-readiness documentation • Brand identity and promotional assets The latest device-activation layer has been implemented in the Windows and Android source code and has passed desktop and mobile type checks. Final deployment of the latest source version, activation-specific testing, updated Windows and Android release builds, physical-device acceptance and final release operations remain to be completed. The acquisition package includes the Windows desktop application source code, Android companion application source code and existing release assets, central backend source code, PostgreSQL persistence layer, deployment configuration, landing-page source code, product workflows, interface designs, technical documentation, promotional materials, brand assets, product name, slogan and transferable product rights, subject to the final acquisition agreement. AWH is pre-revenue and is being offered as a developed software and intellectual-property asset rather than as an established revenue-generating SaaS business. The buyer acquires a substantial multi-platform product foundation that reduces the time, engineering cost and architectural risk required to recreate the product from scratch. The remaining commercial stage primarily involves final release operations, live external integrations, payments, market-specific compliance, customer acquisition and scaling. AWH is offered for full acquisition. I am not seeking investment, employment, development-service work or an equity-only partnership.
Next step: <p>The buyer can complete the final commercial-release stage by deploying the latest activation-enabled source, producing updated Windows and Android releases, completing end-to-end device-activation acceptance and establishing the permanent production domain, signed distribution and update process.</p><p><br></p><p>The next integration opportunities include live WhatsApp and other messaging channels, payment processing, customer subscription checkout, production notification services, reporting extensions and market-specific compliance work.</p><p><br></p><p>AWH can be commercialized as a subscription-based operations platform for virtual assistants, agencies, service businesses, multi-location operators and teams managing multiple business accounts.</p><p><br></p><p>Additional business models include team plans, agency accounts, white-label licensing, portfolio integration, onboarding services, implementation packages and paid messaging or automation integrations.</p><p><br></p><p>A software company can also integrate AWH’s operational workflows, Windows and Android applications, central backend and access-control architecture into an existing CRM, appointment, messaging or small-business software portfolio.</p>
