Next step: <p>A buyer picks this up with the hardest part already solved : a fully working AI pipeline from photo upload to outfit generation, plus real auth, database, and storage all wired together. From here, the fastest wins are activating the already-designed Free/Pro/Premium tiers with Stripe, adding push notifications for a daily outfit alert to drive retention, and wiring up the currently-manual weather selection to a real weather API. For real differentiation, adding a feedback loop on generated outfits (so the AI improves over time) would directly address the most common complaint across competitor apps like Whering and Acloset ,that their outfit suggestions feel random rather than styled. There's also room to localize for underserved markets like South Asian fashion norms and occasions, a gap none of the major competitors have addressed. Since it's currently a web app (PWA-installable), it can also be wrapped for native iOS/Android app store distribution once there's enough traction to justify that cost. Overall, a buyer isn't starting from an idea , they're starting from a working, pre-revenue product with a clear, mapped-out path to monetization and growth.</p>
