I'm really excited to finally launch FeedbackVault! 🎉 The idea actually came from a problem I had myself as an Engineering Manager. Every performance review cycle felt the same: I'd try to remember months of conversations, dig through scattered notes, Slack messages, and my calendar, hoping I hadn't forgotten something important. I always wanted my feedback to be fair and evidence-based, but relying on memory just wasn't enough. So I started building the tool I wished I had. I now use FeedbackVault every day to capture short observations during 1:1s and everyday work. When review time comes around, everything is already organized, and AI helps me turn those observations into structured review drafts instead of starting from a blank page. It's still early, and I'm actively improving it based on feedback from other managers.
