Kira — Local AI Creative Studio - Sell Project

Kira is a local Windows AI assistant and creative workflow studio with full source code included. It combines local Ollama chat, long-term SQLite memory, project context, Prompt Brain, ComfyUI image/video workflow control, document context, web research, voice tools, diagnostics, and LoRA dataset helpers. Kira is designed as a practical local AI workstation. It can remember important context, help with projects, improve prompts, control prepared generation workflows, and support local creative automation. The app is local-first and does not depend on cloud AI APIs or external moderation layers by default. The buyer controls the local model, prompts, policies and deployment environment. This is a full source-code acquisition / asset sale. The buyer receives the current source code, documentation, portable launch scripts, workflow structure, project rights, and the right to continue, modify, rebrand, resell or develop the project further. The project is sold as-is / beta. It has a broad feature set but still needs further polish, testing, and cleanup by the buyer. Private memory databases, chats, logs, generated outputs, local AI model weights, ComfyUI model files, and personal development data are not included. Minimum serious offer: $2,000. Payment method must be agreed before transfer. Source code and rights are transferred only after full cleared payment.
