Next step: The biggest unlock is traffic. The product is built, the paywall works, and there are 250+ users already in the funnel. A buyer with any of these skills can move fast: TikTok or Instagram content targeting career changers is an obvious fit — resume and career pivot content performs extremely well on short-form video with no ad spend. One viral video can drive hundreds of signups. Google Ads to the career transition landing pages was the original acquisition channel and proven to convert. Restarting with tighter targeting and better bidding is a straightforward path to paid subscribers. The Chrome extension has its own distribution channel — optimizing the Chrome Web Store listing for organic search is untapped. Extension users convert to paid at higher rates than web-only users. The untouched email list of 250+ users has never been marketed to. A simple drip sequence could convert a percentage to paid on day one. Expanding beyond tech career transitions into general resume tailoring would dramatically widen the addressable market with minimal product changes.
